Customized Presentations Available

Wellness Nurse Wiep is available for customized speaking engagements to meet each group's needs. If you have a specific topic in mind, don't hesitate to call us to discuss how we can create the customized learning program for your group.

The following types of courses and fees are only guidelines. We can be flexible, because prices may vary according to distance traveled, funds available and topics requested. Please contact Wiep to discuss details at 626-798-1592.

How to Request a Workshop

Hosting a Workshop by Wellness Nurse Wiep

Whether the workshop is hosted by an organization, company, or a private person, we strongly advise, that a designated host is chosen who will be responsible for registration and payments. Registration materials will be provided in advance by Wellness Nurse Wiep. The host may attend the workshop at no cost.

A display area will be set up to promote available materials and services by Wellness Nurse Wiep. Break times will be opportunities to purchase some of the materials covered in the workshops and presentations and to ask questions. Presentations can take place at offices, schools, churches, community centers or in a private home settings.

Requirements for the Conference Room

1 Hour Lectures: Overhead projector (if possible)

One large table to display books, handouts & products

2 - 6 Hour Workshops: Overhead projector (if possible)

Two large tables. The room must be able to hold up to 15 people and must have easy access to a kitchen or running water. Participants are asked to bring a large towel, and a blanket

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you must cancel, notify Kathy May at 818-968-5002 at least 3 days prior to the workshop.

Cancellation will only be accepted 3 days prior to the workshop.

Credit will be applied towards future workshops.

Suggested times: 9 am - 12 pm, 1 - 4 pm, 6:30 - 9:30 pm

There is no additional charge for materials or handouts (except where indicated).
Special informative material is offered at low cost. If the number of participants exceeds the minimum required attendance, a percentage of the profits will be allocated to scholarships.
